How do we work?
- After receiving an inquiry from a client, we consider their requirements and create an offer tailored to their expectations. If the project is not specified, we contact the client by email or phone, and talk about his idea. We study the needs, ask for ideas, and gather the client’s guidelines for a particular project. Please also provide information about the surroundings (preferably in the form of photos and floor plans) and the function that the installation or decoration is to serve.
- After a thorough analysis of the collected information and preliminary agreements, we present an offer – several proposals with prices and completion dates.
- Depending on what the customer expects, we arrange for installation or agree on a date to ship the products. After that, we proceed to implement the subject of the contract.
